Membership Registration: Membership is valid for 1-year from date of purchase. Changes to membership can be made at any time including updates to names, addresses, phone numbers, emails and place of business. Once a membership registration and payment is received, it can be cancelled within 1 business date after receipt for a full refund.
Events: For regularly scheduled programs including lunches, workshops and networking, refunds are available if attendance is cancelled 48 hours prior to the event. Refund can be taken as a credit for a future event or as a credit to the credit card used at the time of registration. No refunds are available for cancellations less than 48 hours before an event.
Special Events: Special Events including conferences, award dinners and new programs will have separate written policies covering refunds or credits. These policies will be made in conjunction with the venue hosting the event and requiring payment for services.
